Introduction
The Class 9 curriculum of the Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to undergo important updates from the 2026–27 academic session. These changes are based on the National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023 developed by NCERT.

The Class 9 Science syllabus will be reorganized to promote conceptual understanding and scientific thinking. Science will continue to include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, but some chapters may be updated, removed, or expanded.
